The obvious answer… EAT BEEF!

Thank you, Beef Producers!

Spencer Ag wants to thank all the beef producers for their hard work. We are honored to serve our customers. As we continue to support, here are just a few of the ways Spencer Ag Center can help with your beef operations needs.

Complete/Creep Feeds

The obvious option is feed. Spencer Ag Center offers a variety of complete feeds and creep products for cattle producers. Our most popular include our 14% calf Creep, Commercial Calf Creep, and Smith Calf Creep. These products (and many of our other products) are offered in both bulk and bagged feed. Additionally, Spencer Ag Center carries livestock show feeds. Consider our Purple Pursuit line for Cattle Gut Bomb, SAC Show Steer, Heifer, and Developer products!

Hoof Trimmings

Did you know Spencer Ag Center offers hoof-trimming services? Kyle Long, our Vet Assistant, is trained to provide proper hoof trimming care. Hoof trimming can help with improving weight efficiency, conception rates, and minimizing other hoof related issues. Call our office for more information or to schedule an appointment.

Record Keeping

Connie Purchase, one of our bookkeepers, can help you keep your books straight and keep you profitable! Interested in having Spencer Ag Center help you with your record-keeping? Reach out to our office or your sales representative for more information!

Fly Prevention

Recently, Dr.Catengui spoke with us about the importance of fly control’s economic impact on cow herds on feedlots and pastures. Currently, all three fly types- house, horn, and stable fly target cattle. The economic loss due to fly infestation in cattle herds is significant. The three major ways that flies reduce performance: through reduced grazing (searching for ways to ease irritation), as a result of sucking blood from the cattle, and through spreading disease. Consider us for your insecticides, pesticides, Clarifly feed products, and more to ease your fly problem.

Now carrying  Elanco’s Pradalex!

“Pradalex targets two DNA replication sites, hitting BDS with 3x the power in less than half the time. Visit farmanimal.elanco.com/us/beef/product/pradalex to learn how to beat BRD with Pradalex.”
